  • Today, Bingo at Exmore Moose Lodge 683. Doors open at 5 PM and games start at 6:30 PM. Food served
  • Tomorrow, Chincoteague Seafood Festival - 10am to 4pm at Tom's Cove Park. Tickets are $55 per person (Children under 5 are free). See the website for more info or to order tickets.
  • Tomorrow, 545pm to 745pm at the Machipongo Clam Shack Nassawadox rte 13. the Radio Flyers of Bk and Eddy performing oldies, country, classic rock, Rolling Stones, Beatles, surf and whatever floats your boat. Great food and free entertainment.
  • Monday 6 May, Smoke Free Bingo at the Onancock Elks Lodge in Accomac. Doors open at 5:30, bingo starts at 7pm. Food served.
  • Tuesday 7 May, Bingo at the Cheriton Volunteer Fire Company. Doors open at 5:30pm, games begin at 7:30pm.
  • Thursday 9 May, Community Meeting on Mary N. Smith Cultural Enrichment Center Renovations at 6 p.m. The Center is seeking comments on draft plans and proposed services and activities for a $1.5 million grant application.   • Friday 10 May, Join Philip Bigler for a discussion of his two books "Tomb of the Unknown Soldier:A Century of Honor 1921-2021" and "In Honored Glory:Arlington National Cemetery the Final Post" at Ker Place. Philip's event is $10 for members and $15 for not yet members.
  • Saturday 11 May, 8:00-10:00 am. Celebrate Migratory Bird Day with The Nature Conservancy! Visit the dock at Boxtree (east of Machipongo) and/or the ADA-accessible platform at the Oyster Village Horse Island Trail to observe birds with our specialists. Free, and no registration required.   • Saturday 11 May, Woman’s Club of Accomack County Annual Spring Indoor Yard Sale 8:00 am to 12:30 pm, 25405 Richmond Ave., Onley. This event will be held rain or shine. You will find children’s toys & books, household items, vintage jewelry, plants, seasonal clothing, purses, shoes & our white elephant table of new & gently used items, fresh baked goods along with delicious soups all homemade by our members.
